Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division Newly Adopted Rules
On December 2, 2008, the Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division conducted a Rulemaking Hearing on Regulations 47-316 (Advertising Practices); 47-320 (Exterior Signs and Interior Displays); and 47-322 (Unfair Trade Practices and Competition). The rules were subsequently adopted, and go into effect March 30, 2009.
